The City now has a centralized system for residents to report serious issues – it’s the GovAlert app, and it is a genuine 311 system. The app is available on the trentonnj.org website. It can be used to send your concerns to the city. You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your concern and you should receive an email when your concern has been resolved.
GovAlert is a great leap forward in moving City Hall towards greater community engagement, customer service, and accountability. Whether you are seeing suspicious vehicles, drug deals, violations of zoning ordinances, disrepair to roads, pot holes, ATVs, now we have a single, central contact to get our issues funneled to the appropriate city department.
